Yes, there is no room for storage for overnight trips but it looks like it is quite capable with its mods. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2422612880 I don't know this person or anything, just thought it was neat enough to post so people saw it. I am sure those who have bid on it will be real happy others are finding out about it. Anyone ever seen this thing in action? |

Is it just me or does it look too much like a Jeep with that top? If I squint I see a nicely modified Wrangler/CJ. I'd rather have a normal full-sized top. |

No Todd, it's you. Quit squinting and open your eyes, it's one hell of a nice rig - not even close to a Jeep. The fastback configuration (sans safari cage extension) D90s are not very common but still NAS D90's. Here's the link to the original owners website: www.roverworx.com ~Art Vigil |

Now this is a good looking Defender. But holy cripes, it costs $35-$40K ?!? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2422067017&categor y=31849 What is that, double the original cost of the car (in England)? I wish they would start importing them again. But, if they do, they'll be like Hummers and every dingleberry will have one, so then I won't want one. Sigh. |
