Ok i have never had a vehical with ac so i abuse it. but is it normal for mist to start coming out of the vents on HOT 90+F days? general data is 5k+ feet, less then 20% humidity, rpm above 3k (colder air ;-), ac on for 30+ minutes laz |

There are drains underneath your truck somewhat near the transmission. They might be clogged. Do a search for more info. |

I think that he is referring to the mystery vapor cloud that comes from the vents. It's not actually wet. I've had this in just about every car that I've owned. It's obivously nothing too bad. I've yet to develope the permanent orange afro from it! |

When I had a visual mist coming from my vents, it was just after a weekend offroading in the mud. When checking the drains I got a face full of water. After that, no more mist. |

It could be that your ac is icing up. There are some switches in the loop that cut the compressor for different situations. One of mine is bypassed , although I can't remember which one. I blow mist but live in Phoenix so it's usually dry and or hot enough not too worry about it. |
