Sorry for the bombardment of mundane questions, but I promise this will be the last as I will go shopping again tomorrow. As I am shopping used I would like to know what the maint shcedule is for the Disco (major maint not oil change filters etc). If anyone can give me an example of what and when I would appreciate it. I've noticed a lot of discos with 50-70K miles. I assume these were unloaded by their PO due to a large and pricey maint coming up? |

in my experience most of these trucks w/ 50-60k are 48 mth lease returns. if that's the case, they most likely have been correctly maintained and additional maintainence costs are usually fairly low. with that said, be warned, that you're not buying a honda or toyota, these trucks will go forever but do require routing maintainence. best of luck, marc oh, buy a 99D1 they're the best!!!!(IMHO) |
