Where exactly in California is the Rubicon? Has anybody done it in a DII?? All in all, good film. |

I'll be going there in a month or so, depending on work schedule. I have a DII. The entire trail is possible with sliders. My Bro-In-Law went through with no damamge in his D-90. His partner took a brand new toyota tacoma, damage was the bed bumping into the cab from too much chasis flex. Peace Ron L |

To answer the other question, the trail is located about 10-15 miles west of Lake Tahoe in Northern CA. The one end of the trail starts just north of Loon Lake reservior. (I go camping up there once a year with my DSII, but haven't had the guts to go further than the mouth of the trail.) murph '99 DSII |
