Richard, Check to make sure your AC condensation is actually dripping out from under your disco on hot days. I had the same symptom when the drain that lets the AC condensation drip out the bottom of the truck was clogged. As a result the water (warm to quite hot) was building up in the AC system (warming the air) and from time to time the water would leak out of the lower vents onto the passenger floor. I simply cleaned the "nipple" on the underside of the passenger floor where the condensation is supposed to drip from and now the water drips out of the AC system with no problem. Hope this helps!
