I know there are a few Isuzu owners on this board so..........I just bought a 99' Isuzu Rodeo with 59,300 miles. It has a bit of rear end diff chatter. Can I just add a bit of limited-slip additive or do I need to empty and re-fill the rear end? Any specific brand that works well? As I understand NAPA has it but it's not always on the shelf.

A number of gear oils now come with the LS additive pre-mixed in. The brand that is common in this area is STABIL (I think) -but most autoparts stores carry the LS and the plain varieties.

It's probably a good idea to empty and refill to see what comes out.
