I see some for sale at $35ish instead of over $100. Are they any good vs. other brands (if available) or Land Rover stock? |

They work, but they are more prone to squealing than genuine LR pads. |

I am using Ferrado (sp?) brake pads on the D2 all the way around, and on the front of my D1. I've been very pleased and no squealing as of yet. Give Nathan at www.discountrovers.com a shout and he'll hook you up. |

I use mintex and axxis (made by mintex) on both my 95 disco and 93 lwb....no squeeling at all the trick i found is spraying a good amount of anti squeel silicone (the blue spray stuff in a can) on the back of the pads....been using them for two years now and no squeel.... |

I used them and the squeal like hell. I smeared anti squeal compound on the back and still could not quiet them down. I went back to LR original pads and the problem went away. |
