I grabbed some running boards on here for my 97 Disco I SD, but they seem to not fit exactly. They are the ones with metal on the sides and black on top.

There is a gap towards the back of the running board (under the back doors) between the bottom of the car and the board. I have seen other Disco's with running boards have this gap, is this normal?

Also, on the running boards there are 2 bolts per bolting point (2 points per board), but my SD didn't have that extra hole. (hard to explain), is that normal?

Any help would be great!

Thanks!
Eric

Make sure the running boards are not bent. Yes you have to drill holes on the chassis
