Can anyone help with this problem? I have a 1995 Range Rover 4.0 SE Auto 45K Miles I have been getting Gearbox Fault showing on the dashboard recently but there does not appear to be anything wrong with the gearbox, drives as normal. I get an occasional stall when selecting reverse sometimes and wonder if this has anything to do with it.

I have seen this pop up on my 95' RR4.0 every once in a while as well. I have not seen anything that could be causing this problem and it runs great. |

If the voltage drops below a certain value ( I think it is 9 volts) it will cause this. Is the battery on it's way out? I have seen this many times with a failing battery that still barely starts the truck. |
