Chirping/Squeling noise while in gear

I can hear the noise while only in gear, but when in park and nuetral, it goes away. Browsing another topic on the board, someone mentions t-case bearing. Could this be the source of the noise? Wes, is this noise heard while you are moving or just sitting still in gear? Also, does this happen only in reverse? It can't be my S-belt since the noise comes out when in gear only. thanks.
