D1 rack on D2?

But my question is will a D1 fit a D2 without any modifications? I understand that the D2 roof is wider and longer than the D1. Does anyone have a D1 rack on a D2? If so, please post some pics. About how much shorther would that make the D1 rack on the D2? Maybe a few inches or substantial enough where it would look awkward and make access to the rack from the rear ladder difficult? Mounts are identicle same rack as the d2, just shorter sunroofs will clear no probelm no comments or concern. Its the best rack out there in my opionion, if you are weighing price, looks and function Josh
