This is perfectly fine. On the highway I get 15 mpg. This is a little on the low side. The vehicle is stock except for a K&N. A lot has to do with the way you drive and the speed you drive and also whether you have extra accessories like roof racks and lights on. Are you running premium grade fuel? Hell, be happy with what you got. I get about 12.5 on average. If I am pulling a trailer it may be 8-10. One time though, at band camp, I got 15 mpg on a trip to CO. I was elated. I had no idea my rig would do so well. FYI - I am running 265/75's and Chevron Premium when available You are doing fine.
