Hey all, I have a problem with my 94 Disco 3.9. Yesterday when my wife was driving home, the car stalled and when she restarted it didnt have any power. She started it back up later and it seemed fine. When I got home, I started it and it ran a bit rough too and didnt want to accelerate, even when sitting. I cleaned the Idle control valve and then it wouldnt idle at all. Started fine though but just wouldnt idle. I upped the idle with the cruise control button and after about 20 minutes of driving it was fine so i backed the idle back down. I started it and turned it off several times and all seemed fine. It was spitting a code 03 before, but the code did clear up once it started idling normal again. However, I got up this morning and it would not start at all. Dont see any codes but I tried several times and no luck. Any ideas... I am thinking ignition module but just guessing right now. One more thing, the top radiator hose recently went out and was squirting water on the motor/dizzy etc. It also got a bit hot but not too bad. |
