Does anyone know if the fog lamps flash with the other lights when you lock (or unlock) the vehicle? This is on a 1999 DII. I was going to use the wiring from the fog lamps (which don't fit in an ARB bumper) to power driving lights for off-highway use, but a guy at the local truck parts store said that the surge of power would fry the bulbs. Thought I'd better check before wasting a lot of money. Also, Anyone have any recommendations on lights? |

Fogs do not flash when locking of unlocking a DII. I like Hella lights. If you have the cash go for the 4000's. |

Actually, the Hella 4000's are only $150 each at 4wheelparts.com, which isn't too bad. (More than I've got right now, but not as bad as I had feared.) |
