Just wondering has anyone ever had an optima die on them?
Just dawned on me as my Red top is four years old....

My Red Top is 5 years old and still going.

Hi.
I haver found that some Optimas are somewhat like Disco's...Its hit or miss, I have had 5-6 of them and 2 I had to replace in a matter of months and still under warr. But the others I have had have never missed a beat, I have one from 93 that just died on me, Not that it was used daily but it was a great batt. I have had a few yellow and a blue top as well all been great!

Average 7 years for mine... Matter of fact all twelve have pretty much given up the ghost after 7 years... Of HARD use...
