My front brake mudshields are starting to rust out and I was wondering if anybody out there runs without them. At $20USD a whack, I was wondering if I could just take them off and not worry about it. I've had other ABS-equipped vehicles (Audis, Merkurs (German Fords)) that did not have them from the factory plus I've had problems at times with stones getting caught between the shield and the rotor causing the rotors to score. Opinions? Thanks |
