E-Brake?

My red BRAKE light, (on the left side of my dash) keeps turning on while I'm driving. I put the E-brake on last week while I was in my drive way and ever since then, it randomly comes on. The handle that you use to activate the break is down all the way. Anyone ever have this happen to them? It just may be a matter of coincidence that it started after you used your park brake.
