Question was -- Battery tested good, and brand new alternator tested good at two locations each. But my dash lights and headlights pulse at a steady rate when I am driving. No, it's not the stereo bumping either. What could be wrong??? Answer -- Brand new alternator was bad!! I got an exchange, but had to pay the extra shipping both ways  |
