I am planning to head to Uwharrie this coming weekend, the 23d. I know it is short notice, but if you have the time, it might be fun. I plan to start from the outpost at about 10:30. I thought I would start with falls dam and do some of the easier trails, and see what the crowd thinks of from there. With all of the rain, I expect the trails are in pretty tough shape. They were in June. I will probably be camping Saturday night as well. Let me know if you are interested.
