I need a passenger power seat switch for my 97 Disco. I tried to clean the contacts and it still doesn't work. Anybody interested in selling one? |

How did you try to clean it? Just squirting in contact cleaner usually won't do it. Opening them up requires nothing more than a Swiss army knife...and a shoebox lid to catch all the fiddly bits that like to jump out. The switch is actually a Mercedes part...perhaps you can find it at an MB dealer cheaper or from a junk yard. The local LR place also sells Mercedes. Something like the clock light bulb will be $2-3 cheaper, if you ask for the MB as opposed to the LR part. Go figure.... |
