Well I fixed my window today. Since I bought the Rover 1 1/2 years ago the One-Touch up/down for the DS window did not work. I rolled it up one day and then I heard the motor clicking as if something was caught in the gear. This had caused the window to not roll up the whole way leaving an ever increasing gap. I took the door panel apart one day and saw the teeth on the window regulator ground away. I got a replacement for $159 and put it in today. My friend had a shop put his in and they charged $75 for labor and $215 for the part. I figured it can't be that tuff to do it yourself. All I had to do was buy some small threaded bolts, lock washers and lock nuts. Drilled out the rivets, swap the motor and screw it back in. Took me 30-45 minutes max and saved my a good deal of $$.
