Can anyone send me some pictures of the factory CD changer in a Disco II.

I am installing one this weekend and wanted to se where the factory changer looks like.

I have seen pictures of the installation but no finished ones.

Thanks

I mounted mine on the ceiling between the two front seats (where the front sunroof would be if I had one.) I dunno if you wanna think about there, but you can reach it to change out the cartridges while driving, and (more important for me) it won't get flooded again. Let me know if you want pics.

Crap!!! I just went under the passenger seat and did not find the CD changer cables; the base was there but no cables.

Are the cables visible or under the carpet. I will try to take a picture during the weekend to see if one of the experts here can help me.

The installation for this weekend is going to be delayed.

Later

I went to a car audio shop (Zippos) here in NJ and they installed it for less than 1/2 the dealership price. Just about any audio shop will do it. You can buy the changer for $225 and install it yourself, or a little bit more for them to install it. My 2001 SD had no cables already wired, and it took a few hours for them to run them. Make sure the radio still works afterwards, they forgot to plug the antenna back in with mine.
