And after watching the participants I think this thread should be moved to the "tools in general" folder.

I just noticed it is being recorded on the TiVo. Sounds like I shouldn't waste my time?

I dunno. It's still worth a watch. Of course, I'll look at anything with landys.

It is interesting to watch ETC on the 110s. They also happen to be running MTRs which I find odd. Very cool slimline roof racks though.

The shortcoming of the G4, IMHO, is that it's neither real eco-challenge nor CT. Every aspect of it is watered down and it comes off a little like "survivor".

I'll agree with you on that, but it's a shame that the commercials had more off road use of the rovers than the show itself.

In that sense the show did tell it like it was... and it cost LR nearly 40 million USD!
