Just this weekend after getting gas I was unable to close the gas cap door on my Disco 2. After farther investigation it looked like a little grey pastic peice might have been damaged some how. Does anyone have any idea how the fuel cap door shuts? Any ideas what the little grey peice is. Any one have a problem with this door. I know it is a stupid problem but it is an anoying problem because everyone kept telling me to shut my fuel door. I also done want to get my gas stolen.

Carl - its because the little bitty plastic bit falls down instead of being up. I recently had mine replaced under warranty (not the door just the bit of plastic!) and I guess with some vibration the thing will cause dramas again. I have not looked to see if you could glue it in the up position - might be worth a look.
