I heard of U Coat It on a Cobra bulletin board. A couple of them raved about it after a couple years of applying it. Supposed to be some of the best and most durable stuff out there.

512.00 with shipping to my house. Is this worth it? I don't mind paying for good stuff. Anyone have any feedback on this stuff?

yeah, forgot to mention that part. It's pricey. The reviews I read from these guys were very positive. They had cars on jack stands on it, slid heavy jacks across it for years and not so much as a chip or scratch. It also has texture in it to prevent slips when its wet. Is it worth it? I guess it depends on your usage and the length of time you plan on owning the garage.

If the floor is unpainted, and clean, I imagine a coat of drylock paint will work. It's sold at lowes. I painted a basement floor with it. Managed to paint about a 10x10 area with 1 gallon of paint.

I used the stuff from Lowe's on my brand new garage floor and it has already lifted under hot tires. However, it is very cheap, and still looks much nicer than bare concrete.
