Wipers go on when I start the car??

They were switched off but still started to sweep like I had turned them on. It was a wire bundle under the brake cylnder. Some of the fluid leaked out and ate the insulation off a couple of the wires and they crossed. When you turned on the ingition, the turn signal would come on or worse when you turned the turn signal on the starter would kick on. I don't know if this will help.
