Guys, I see that many of you are struggling to locate the CDL switch on your DIIs. This should help. Crawl under your LR with your feet to the back. Position your head right underneath where the front drive shaft meets the transfer case. Locate the passenger AC nipple drain, slightly left. You will see 3 black hoses that are wrapped together. With your left hand, follow the hoses down towards the back of the truck around 8 to 10 inches. Drop your hand towards the ground and you should land right on the circular plate with three bolts and the selector switch in the middle. The attachment shows the plate three bolts and the selector switch.
Good luck, Gerry |

Thanks for that - I lay under the truck for 45 mins with my hands gliding over nothing but smooth surface on top of Transfer Case! Bugger. I then searched again and again - nothing!!!. I HAVE NO STUB!!. I was not accepting it well under the truck. I have now come to terms with it and I am exercising my right (throttle) foot to make up for it. Cheers |
