95 disco, fuel pressure is too high for some reason. i already changed out the fuel pressure regulator. i have to pinch off the fuel line just before the f pressure reg just to get it lean enough to start and run. any ideas? |

How much does it have. should be 34-38 psi. Remember that the reg is in the return line to tank not the feed to the injectors so pinching the fuel line to the reg will increase pressure not drop it. I think your problem is the pump is lazy perhaps. |

the lazy fuel pump is very common. it will prime on start up and everything, just not pump to it's once fullpotential rd |
