Anyone know where this line goes to and why it would be ticking and clicking? |

Yes, that is either your fuel line, the incoming line from what I can tell. It might be ticking if your pressure regulator is not working correctly, or if you fuel pump is faulty ( I doubt is your fuel pump). Is it ticking when the car is on or off, or both??? |

It ticks according to the revs of the engine. Stops when the truck is off. |

"ticks according to the revs of the engine." Check and see if one of your spark plug leads is "leaking" or if ticking is actually coming from one of your EFI injectors. Try running engine in total darkness and look for "sparks" for a short. My 2 cents |

I followed the line under the truck and the clicking or vibrating weakens the further away from the engine. I wonder if it's just engine vibrations thats hitting the line and causing it to shudder and maybe bang against something (god, to be a fly and get right in the engine...). Hey while I'm at this whole fix the engine up stage anyone know a good replacement for the plug wires and distributor cap? I've got the champion plugs gapped at .032 ready to go in.
