DOes the RR4.0 have CDL

Right now I am assuming it does not since I have been unable to find anything about it. I know ARB makes an air locker but was hoping there might be something already on the vehicle that would help with traction off road. The rear axle has ETC, and newer year models have front and rear ETC.
