Has anyone put a winch on a 2003 yet?

I can't find a setup for it anywhere. I saw some pics from TREK this year and it looked as if they had the old a-frame winch setup. Could anyone help me in any way with pics, links, advice. Check the resources link at the top for vendors, as there are more winch bumpers than you can "shake a stick at". I talked to my dealer today and the setup like on this year's TREK Disco's is about $3,800 from them. It seems I would be much better off going ahead and replacing my front bumper even though I really didn't want to go down that road. I'm sure they are charging a nice mark-up on the Warn winch.
