I've asked here before, do 2000 D2's tend to lean on the right pass side, by say a 1/2 inch? I have heard from this forum that it was more typical of D1's, not the d2's, to compensate for the driver's weight. Just took it into the dealer for svc and asked them to look into it, they say all D2'2 lean this way. Didn't notice it on any others on the lot. Anyhoo- Just wanted to find out if they were just being lazy as I am only at 40k on my 50k warranty.. Thanks for responses. |

My D1 had a lean to the right, (drivers side) and I put in a new set of springs and shocks. No more leaning to the right. My auto shop did an inquiry with Landrover and found that the right side rear and front had sagged by 3.5 in on the rear and 2 in at the front. The left side was fond to be close to normal. Landrover Australia told my auto shop that the Right side drops (sags ) over time, due to the Torque of the V8 at start up to the right. Noel |

My '95 always leaned to the right a little. The consensus on the board to which I posted at the time was that this was normal. I think my '02 leans as well. |
