I just got a Magellan Meridian GPS with the color screen and was wondering if anyone has installed a mounting bracket and/or hardwired one into their disco? They only have a mounting bracket that sticks to the windshield but I was wanting to mount it similar to the Garmin units. As far as wiring goes, anyone have any tips on using the cigarette lighter power cable and hardwiring it in? Should I use some type of inline fuse? Thanks again. |
