I am thinking about removing the left 3rd row seat in my new disco. With the rear ac located back there, the 3rd row seat sticks out and I never use it. Has anyone removed one of these before? Will it fit back in place nicely if I wanted to re-install one day? |

Yes, I just removed both 3rd row seats from my 1999 Disco II with rear AC and sold them on Ebay. Now I have a neat space for my cooler on the right and a streamlined left side. Actually, It's still streamlined with my Husky tool set straped on there. There are only 4 bolts to undo and you could easily reattach the seats if you wanted to. Just pop off the plastic cover with a flat head screwdriver and undo the 4 bolts. Hartest part is lifting them out once the bolts are off. Took me about 25 min to do both. Take care, Jamil |
