i have a 1998 Discovery. my radio, homelink system, cigarette lighter, and power seats all do not work. when i go off roading all of them will turn on and off at the same time. Where could the problem be? |

Loose fuse maybe? Look in your owners manual and see if all those components are all off one or two fuses. Other than that, you may have a bad electrical connection. |

i checked all of the fuses and all of them are fine. do you suggest i take it to a dealer and have them take a look at it the car is out of warranty |

On electrical problems a trip to the dealer is not a bad thing, since there are so many possibilities on why your truck is acting the way it is. I've learn before I start spending the $$$ or waisting my weekend time on my car a trip to the dealer gets me started in the right direction. |

I would say look for the common tie, such as a ground which may serve several circuits, including those you have mentioned. Fuses, I doubt since you indicate they are on/off at the same time and each circuit has separate fuse. Use the troubleshooting guide in the Elctrical Manual, if you have one. Whoever attempts to locate the gremlin will have to pour over the circuit sheets anyway looking for the commonality from these circuits. Easier for you to get a RAVE CD and do this yourself.
