Right now I am putting the interior back in our 94 Disco after installing Dynamat everywhere. When I was removing the panels in the rear I found a round 7 pin plug in the loom by the pass rear taillight. It has a cover on it that says "Rists". It looks OEM. Does anyone know what this plug is for? Trailer? |

Dave, I just installed a Trailer light kit on an 03 and that is where it was located. I bet that is it. -Jim |

Jim would be correct on this one. The 7 pin plug is for the Trailer wiring kit. |

correct indeed. you do not need the fancy dealer part, however to use it. see the tech section/trailer wiring for a $17 hookup. cheers, carl |
