Sorry, not easily done. You'll need to bend the sunshade gently and pull it out. The shade is made of plastic and are held on by four cheesy clips. The shade slides on the tracks by using these clips. On the other hand, it's rather simple to remove teh headliner and then remove the sunroof cassette out of the vehicle.
