I researched this in the archives and found nothing... this makes me worried. 90% of the time when I fill up, the gas starts overflowing or clicking off after about 3 gallons in. I have tried every gas station in my area. Only one is consistently allows me to go "full throttle" while filling. Is this a disco thing or should I take it in for a service check? thanks, |

I found that if I hold the nozzle up towards the side of the truck rather than letting it simply sit in the filler neck that I can fill full speed. |

Yep, I get that too. Clicks off after a few seconds at full flow. seems strange but if a start filing very slowly and bring it up to full flow...it fills OK. Can't think of a reason for it though..... |

On mine, I just put the nozzle in just far enough to hold the handle up and in the neck, and it works fine. If I try to put it too far in, it stops every time. |

That originally drove me crazy at first, but as Joey said, I now put the nozzle in only as far as required for it to be held in a stable manner. |

Dont drive on E so much. If you refill at 1/4 tank you should be fine. If you have it on E put the 3 gallons drive a while then fill up. |
