Has anybody ever found a solution to the white bumpers problem that happens every time you put dressing (tire black or any blackening product) on the bumpers and grill of a Discovery? I happens after you clean the vehicle and it rains on the bumper.

I had my whole bumpers painted silver to match the disco, cost me $100, just because of the paint matchup, and i had the guy do it for me, looks more like an LSE now. The alternative would be to buy some black bumper paint, jerk the corners off, and spray them up nicely and bolt them back on, should cost about $10-15.
