Anyone that knows the specifics on the Old Man Emu shocks; What do you suppose would happen if I were to put the 777's on the rear of a classic Range? I know they are a medium front DII spring, just wondering what the results would be...

Simply because I happen to have some lying around, I was hoping to not buy the appropriate springs and just use what I have.

Wouldn't they be considerably stiffer since they are for the front of a DII? Carrying the engine and all...

Not to sound like an idiot but that doesn't really help me. Assuming the front of the vehicle is heavier that would make these springs stiffer than stock and definately stiffer than the rears I also know, or think I know, the DII's are roughly an inch shorter than DI's or Classics. So, that being said would those two characteristics even each other out making? Ultimately I might just have to try it and see what happens.

Ok, with that in mind, looks like I'll be posting my 777's for sale. Thanks folks.
