Hey has anyone applied Dynamat, or Brown Bread to their Rover? I added a Magna flow w/2.5 inch pipe and removed the resonator. The sound is good however the sound is a bit much at 175 to 200 RPMs. I've heard about this deadening stuff and was wondering if anyone has used it before. If so what they think and how was the install? I'm thinking of placing it in the roof, doors, floor and cargo area. Thanks, Rick |

I put Dynamat Extreme under our headliner, all the floor from front seats back, over the wheel archs and sides in cargo area. I plan to put it on the firewall as I am putting in a new dash soon. Oh....doors too. It can get expensive to do a Disco, I found a local stereo shop that gave me a pretty good deal on a large bulk pack of the Dynamat Extreme, but it was still a few hundred bucks. Does it work? You bet. The Disco is a lot quieter inside and my stereo sounds great ;-) |
