Can someone please tell me how to reset ABS sensor. Please use terms a novice would understand ( then I'll ask him to explain it to me)!

Disco 1 - instructions

Simply pull up sensor slightly (gently) and then push it in/down (depending on front or rear) as far as it will go by hand.

Sensor will hit the exciter ring on the CV joint (front) or sensor ring on the brake disc (rear) and then self-gap once you start driving.

Front - on top of swivel housings - near brake line clamp plate - follow 1/4" thk black wire from fender well down.

Rear - in side of hubs - start inside the axle and follow same 1/4" black wire to sensors which are pushed in horizontally (vs. vertically in the front)
