I know there is a thread somewhere covering garage floor finishes, but I couldn't find it. I just wanted to know if anyone has this quick install flooring in their garage and how they like it? Does it hold up to jack stands, floor jacks, etc.? Comparatively, it is more expensive than the wet kits from Home-Depot, but the convenience of a half-day install instead of a 7-day waiting period may make the additional cost worthwhile. Here is the link:

Thanks for the feedback,

Chris,

I don't know to much about the polyvinyl floor cover except that its kind of like that industrial stair tread. That stuff tends to crack and break off over time with heavy useage. The wet kit at Home Depot I belive would be the best bet because it will seal the cement floor better than the cover because it will basicaly bond with the floor. It will be more durable because it is an epoxy therefore it will stand up better to jackstands, floorjacks, tools, etc... it will also look better and be easier to clean. The only thing you thing you would lose is the vapor barrier which can be solved by a rubber mat. Despite the several day install its my opinion that a wet kit is the way to go.

This concludes my current statement
Bob
