Remote and light flashing....

If it is not flashing, have you checked to ensure that it is locking? I know that mine would not lock once due to a seatbelt got stuck in the door.....got to love kids. I had the same problem. New battery, no prob. If you do not switch the batteries quickly you might have to let the remote relearn. Your manual tells you how to do this. I think I just hit the lock unlock buttons a bunch while sitting in the car. Evan
