I am not sure on wether I should do it or not. I've seen several people and it looks great but I am a little afraid that once I do it is going to look too ugly. What is the best way to trimm the front bumper on a disco II? Is it recommended at all? Is there any issues that I have to be aware of? thanks, Gus. |

I say sell your front bumper and buy a Rovertym slim line bumper. The LR plastic bumper offers no protections and will just crack when you bang it against something. http://www.pbase.com/image/21353088 Jamil |

The bumper is $850 with the full brush bar and $200 for the skid plate so it is a much more expensive route than trimming. http://www.rovertym.com/slimline.htm You can sometimes see the stock front bumpers on ebay for around $3-400, more if you have the fog lights on the bumper. |

Gus I did my front bumper not to long ago. I used a cutting wheel on my drill. It was easy all you need is a steady had. Oh yeah wear gloves and protective eyewear the plastic the drill kicks back on you sure is hot. I might have a line on a used saudi spec bumper. Not sure if its still there. |
