automatic transfer case doesnt have refill one. You just refill via same tube where measuring stick goes.

transfer case for CDL (or whatever that one is) is located on side of cooling(?) plate, near the pointe where rear shaft goes in. Pain in ... that one to get on.

There is no such thing as an automatic transfer case, but there is an automatic transmission.

The transmission is filled where the dipstick is as mentioned above, make sure to tighten the transmission drain plug to specified torque, no tighter.

The transfer case has a drain and refill plug.

If memory serves me, the tcase filler plug uses the 1/2 drive to remove (like diffs).

The drain is (bolt type) plug on the bottom and the fill is on the side toward the rear of the vehicle if memory serves me right.

The filler is a bit tight, there are a few hoses (maybe the safety brake cable or something) around that area I believe (at least on D1). I am not near my vehicle so I cannot get any more descsriptive then that.

Make sure you can get the fill plug out before you drain it!

Make ssure to also tighten the tcase drain plug to specified torque no tighter.
