Carl, I have 16" wheels with 285/75's. I have about a 4.5" lift using RTE springs in front and the RTE SLS spacers in the rear. So far I haven't had any issues with the ACE, although the vehicle obviously handles nowhere near stock. Devin

Carl - I am running 260/65/16 MTR's with about 2 inches of lift and there have been no handling issues. However, I recently have noticed a rattle noise coming from my ACE pipes at low RPMs. Interestingly, the noise goes away if you even lightly push on the four pipes entering the pump. The dealer tells me this is because of the lift, but I don't buy that. I think there may be air in the lines or a loose connection. Jason ROXS 47 |

I am running a 3 inch lift with 33 inch Big O tires. I had to have my radius arms modified because I lost my caster. The truck works great now. Nick |

Carl, If you look around here on Discoweb the Land Rover Home page, I think it says that in the rest of the world D2s with ACE come standard with 16" rims. The US trucks only have 18" to help justify the extra cost of ACE. If this is not correct, someone please correct me. Max T. |
