Help! Need a Series II front bumper!

I had a guy stop suddenly in front of me at an intersection the other day. Unfortunately I hit him but not too hard. Just broke my front bumper up a bit. Headlamps, fog lights, etc are fine. Does anyone know where I can get a new front bumper? I have a 99 Series II dark green. I went to AtlanticBritish.com but they want a $629 for just the bumper! I will buy used if its in good shape.
