Has anyone out in D-Web land ever had to deal with Bilstein warranty? My rear shock let go of itself and took out my EAS sensor, now I'm riding on the bump stops!! |

A few years ago I worked at a shop that was a Bilstein distributor. We had a very hard time with Bilstein honoring their warranty. Let alone any excess damage failure would cause. I recomend documentation by the shop who installed them and written quotes to back it up. They didn't always pay and if they did, it took a long time. I hope things have changed and you have better luck than we did. I will never buy/supply a Bilstein product again. |
