I wrote on the message as well but the fuel pump is working bench checked and then jumped it in the truck. It was still running when the truck died. I have to believe now that it has to be something else? I appreicate all your insight! I quess its time to flat bed it in to Rover! Thanks Robbyn |

Robbyn, I hate to say this, but with everything else that you have changed, if the engine is still not running for more that a minute, then you have another issue other than the fuel pump (obviously) if you are planning to take it to the dealer please for you own sake put all parts and wiring back to original (otherwise they may just charge you extra). Have you checked the fuel regulator (pressure regulater) located on the back of the fuel rail, do you have good fuel pressure, the inerta (sp) switch may be bad. Or worse case the ECU went out to lunch and never came home. |

Sorry I missed the initial post, I had something like this happen on my 95 disco, Check the ignition coil wires, my were corroded, but if I wiggled them I got it to run a little then it would die. Good luck! |
